Sprenger Sensogan Dynamic RS Universal Gag Bit

This bit is extremely versatile due to it's different rein options. It is a good choice for sensitive horses as it is a little bit softer than regular gag bits, leading to a higher level of acceptance. The lever action has a slight delay due to the lateral offset position of the upper ring. Cross-Country riders sometimes prefer to add a curb strap to get more direct action. The pressure on the poll is limited that way.

Dynamic RS bits stimulate the horse to accept the bit more easily. They feature an ergonomically formed mouthpiece which allows for a rapid and balanced effect on the tongue. The Dynamic RS mouthpiece gives even pressure on the entire tongue area providing no pressure to the palate. It is gentle to the mouth and tongue supporting the contact to the corners of the mouth in an extremely effective way, keeping the horse on the bit. The link of the mouthpiece is turned to the front by 45 degrees. This unique angle is the only way to get a true contact to the tongue. When a contact is taken the mouthpiece rolls smoothly over the horse's tongue and stimulates it in a gentle but effective way. clearly defined defined aids can therefore be given through the reins without squeezing the tongue.

The mouthpiece is made from Sensogan. Sensogan is the result of additional development and consequently the improvement of Sprenger's original Aurigan material. Sprenger has used the success of their Aurigan material to build an even better bit that gives a more delicate and sophisticated connection to the horse. The innovative mix of materials including the micronutrient manganese and a reduced copper content increases the horse's chewing activity and salivation in a targeted manner.

Sensogan has improved properties but also a new appearance. The white-gold color gives the bit a discreet and elegant look and due to the improved material mix, Sensogan does not tarnish easily as the chewing activity of the horse is optimally supported. It is easy to care for and maintains its elegant appearance over a long time period.

Sensogan bits were designed to maintain the positive features of the Aurigan material and to intensify them. Tested and developed in conjunction with the Veterinary University of Hanover and the German Riding School in Warendorf, the Sensogan material was was born and was toxicologically tested, high compatibility and exceptionally well tolerated, easy to clean and consistent flow of saliva was found.
